Return/Replacement Policy 

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason.
  • In the event of an issue we always encourage you to Contact Us with your order number and details about your concerns, with the understanding that we will do our best to help without offering returns, refunds, or exchanges. 
  • We will typically respond to all emails within 24-48 business hours. Our Customer Care Department is closed for USA holidays and weekends: FRI 7PM through MON 8AM Eastern Time.
  • If we have made a mistake with your order (We're human and we're sorry!) please Contact Us within 24 hours of your order's delivery time (determined by your provided USPS tracking number), and we will work with you to make it right!
  • If your order somehow arrives damaged please Contact Us within 24 hours of your order's delivery time (determined by your provided USPS tracking number). We also need a PHOTO of your damaged item(s)within 24 hours of your order's delivery time (determined by your provided USPS tracking number). We will work with you to make this right.
  • For any replacement orders we will utilize standard shipping whenever possible.
  • Note: The above mentioned time-frames are STRICT. So, please contact us right away with any concerns you may have. We aim to protect the integrity of our business and customer base by providing the best service possible to all customers within the allotted time-frames. Outside of those time-frames of order receipt, we cannot assist with the mentioned issues. 
  • While we're sure that you're an honest rockstar! We do retain the right to refuse future orders for any customer suspected of false or fraudulent claims against Color Infinity Nail Polish.
  • As with all on-line shopping there are delivery risks. As a seller and as a consumer we both place our trust with the USPS.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen packages or items. We will attempt to help as best we can, however, for lost/stolen package concerns it is best that you contact your local USPS office for assistance.
